Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Analyst, Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates privacy matters and ensures compliance with federal and state privacy laws
• Prepares documentation and quarterly reports on privacy breaches for leadership review
• Acts as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for regulatory compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in paralegal studies
• At least two years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and privacy regulations preferred
• Experience with project management methodologies and requirements definition
• Professional certifications such as IIBA/CBAP preferred
