Privacy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Manager to oversee its privacy function and ensure compliance with data protection laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's privacy function, including policies, training, and customer engagement
• Serve as the privacy and security officer for compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy laws
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and maintain the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA)

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance
• Experience with raw data providers or data-focused products is preferred
• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other international data privacy frameworks
• CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or other IAPP certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
• Demonstrated experience leading a privacy program or significant portions of it
