Privacy Officer

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise-level strategy, the full-time remote Privacy Officer will provide guidance and direction on compliance and operational performance, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and advice to regional leaders in developing strategies and achieving performance goals
• Oversee vendor and contract labor management, optimizing spending and standardizing processes
• Measure and report on KPIs/metrics, ensuring effective communication across functional areas and regions

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in Business or Health Administration, Law, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of seven years of experience in healthcare, compliance management, or consulting
• Possess or obtain Compliance, Audit, and/or Privacy certification within the first 12 months in the role
• Strong understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Experience in project management and process redesign is preferred
