Privacy Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gap assessments against GDPR and other regulations, tracking issues to remediation
• Develop and implement data protection programs and governance models in collaboration with Privacy Legal
• Oversee the Privacy Incident Management program, managing incidents and program enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Protection / Privacy
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services or FinTech
• Experience in implementing privacy tooling at an enterprise level
• Knowledge of privacy by design framework and its application to complex products
• Experience with developing and submitting audit and compliance reports
