Privacy Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Operations Manager to support global privacy operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead privacy engineering and operations, ensuring privacy by design across products and processes
• Administer and enhance privacy platforms and tools, driving automation of privacy controls and workflows
• Manage the end-to-end Data Subject Rights (DSR) process and monitor privacy control effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Protection/Privacy, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree or JD preferred
• 8+ years of experience in privacy operations or related domains within a multinational environment
• Expertise in executing DPIAs, PIAs, ROPAs, and operationalizing global privacy regulations
• Proficiency in collaborating with technical teams to embed privacy controls into system designs
• At least one privacy certification required (e.g., CIPP, CIPT, CIPM); security certifications are a plus
