Job Summary

Owning the management of core privacy programs, the full-time Privacy Operations Program Manager will drive end-to-end processes for data subject requests, privacy impact assessments, and compliance documentation, while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program operations for privacy initiatives, ensuring regulatory readiness and compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and structured workflows
• Create and maintain clear privacy documentation to support scalable operational processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in privacy program management with a track record of scaling cross-functional programs
• Knowledge of privacy legislation such as GDPR, CCPA, and experience with privacy impact assessments
• Ability to analyze complex problems and document findings in a simplified manner
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
