Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Paralegal to support its US team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Review and respond to privacy questionnaires and vendor due diligence requests for compliance
Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and coordinate with internal stakeholders for responses
Negotiate and review Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and related privacy provisions

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in privacy operations, privacy law, or paralegal support
Advanced experience administering OneTrust, including DSARs and vendor assessments
Strong knowledge of U.S. privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA) and GDPR principles
Experience managing DSAR workflows and negotiating privacy contracts
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
