Privacy Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting the legal team's product and privacy initiatives, the full-time salaried Privacy Paralegal will manage documentation, compliance workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure adherence to privacy regulations in a dynamic global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support product and privacy legal matters by documenting functionality, tracking regulatory requirements, and maintaining compliance records
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate legal workflows related to products and services
• Draft and manage privacy-related documents, including DPAs and notices, while assisting attorneys with research on privacy laws and compliance topics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or law firm with global operations
• Strong background in product, privacy, marketing, and regulatory legal matters
• Familiarity with global privacy laws such as CCPA, GDPR, and HIPAA
• Experience drafting and managing privacy-related documentation under attorney supervision
• Proficiency with GenAI tools and legal considerations, alongside excellent organizational skills
