Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Policy Analyst to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Align the NIST Privacy Framework with existing NIST 800-53 controls
Conduct privacy control assessments and review FedRAMP authorization packages
Assist in breach investigations and the development of privacy policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in privacy policy oversight or compliance
Experience with privacy policies, laws, and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA
Privacy-related certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holders
