Privacy Policy Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Policy Analyst to support a federal government client in advancing and maintaining a comprehensive privacy compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret federal privacy laws, regulations, and policies
• Develop, update, and implement privacy policies, procedures, and guidance to ensure organizational compliance
• Conduct privacy compliance assessments and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate privacy considerations into operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, Public Policy, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and ensuring compliance with federal privacy laws and policies
• Knowledge of the Privacy Act of 1974, E-Government Act of 2002, and OMB privacy guidance
• Professional certifications such as CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM
• Experience supporting federal agencies or government contracting environments
