Job Summary
Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Program Director will manage the program's roadmap, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed privacy into business processes and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise privacy program, aligning it with business objectives
- Coordinate governance processes to implement privacy-by-design across the organization
- Provide mentorship on privacy regulations and translate them into practical business processes for various teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in leading privacy, compliance, or governance programs
- Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and U.S. state privacy laws
- Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
- Strong leadership and program management skills with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes
