Job Summary
Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Program Director will manage the development and execution of privacy strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise privacy program roadmap and governance processes to embed privacy-by-design across the organization
- Provide practical privacy mentorship to business teams, translating regulatory requirements into scalable business processes
- Assess and manage privacy risks through a risk-based framework, implementing appropriate mitigation measures and controls
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years leading privacy, compliance, governance, or related enterprise programs
- Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations
- Experience building and operating enterprise privacy programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
