Privacy Program Director

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Program Director will manage the development and execution of privacy strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements while collaborating with various teams to integrate privacy into processes and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise privacy program roadmap and governance processes to ensure privacy-by-design across the organization
• Provide mentorship on privacy regulations, translating them into practical business processes and coordinating legal advice as needed
• Assess and manage privacy risks through a risk-based framework, implementing mitigation measures to reduce regulatory exposure

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in leading privacy, compliance, governance, or related enterprise programs
• Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations
• Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
• Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
