Job Summary
Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Program Director will manage the program's roadmap, governance processes, and risk assessments while collaborating with various business teams to ensure privacy compliance and integration into business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the enterprise privacy program, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate privacy governance processes and ensure privacy-by-design principles are integrated across the organization
- Provide mentorship on privacy regulations to business teams and assess privacy risks through a risk-based framework
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience leading privacy, compliance, or governance programs
- Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other relevant privacy regulations
- Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
- Strong leadership and program management skills with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into business processes
