Privacy Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Privacy Program Manager, the candidate will own the governance of PlayOn's privacy program, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy laws while working closely with Legal, Data Governance, and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage PlayOn's privacy program governance, including CCPA and COPPA compliance
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new products and vendor relationships, driving actionable risk resolutions
• Lead compliance management efforts, expanding capabilities and managing reporting for GRC programs

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of privacy program experience in a consumer-facing technology environment
• Experience with CCPA compliance and understanding of COPPA implications for products serving minors
• Proven ability to conduct PIAs and privacy risk assessments that lead to actionable outcomes
• Familiarity with data mapping and maintaining Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
• CIPP/US certification or actively pursuing one is preferred
