Privacy Program Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Program Specialist to operationalize and maintain its privacy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize and maintain the US and global privacy program across jurisdictions
• Conduct and manage Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and data mapping efforts
• Support privacy reviews for new products and features in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in privacy and data protection, with at least 2 years in program or project management
• Strong understanding of global privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA)
• Experience in operationalizing privacy programs, including policy development and risk assessments
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving various teams
• Experience using privacy management platforms or other GRC tools
