Privacy Response Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Response Analyst II (TFTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle privacy complaints submitted by users, following established workflows
• Support investigations by gathering account information and preparing documentation for escalation
• Serve as the escalation point for BPO contractors, reviewing flagged items and determining next steps

Required Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in trust and safety, legal response, or privacy operations
• Ability to follow established playbooks and apply consistent judgment across requests
• Experience handling sensitive user data and complaints professionally
• Comfortable working independently on well-defined workflows
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection frameworks is a plus
