Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise privacy and AI risk assessments, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership
• Develop and maintain privacy policies and standards to ensure compliance with regulations
• Advise on privacy and AI laws, translating regulatory changes into compliant business processes

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree with 3-6 years of privacy work experience
• Deep knowledge of privacy and AI regulations, particularly in insurance and financial services
• Technical and data governance fluency, with an understanding of data lifecycle management
• Strong stakeholder partnership and influence skills in regulated environments
• Leadership, organization, and execution mindset with project management skills
