Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Privacy & Security Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Lead Privacy & Security Counsel
Counsel internal teams on data use and protection laws
Develop and conduct privacy trainings, manage compliance programs, and respond to incidents

Required Qualifications:

J.D. degree and membership in at least one US state bar
5+ years of legal experience in privacy law
Expert knowledge of US and international privacy laws
Experience advising on international privacy legal risks and mitigations
Fundamental understanding of SaaS technologies and cloud tech stacks
