Privacy Specialist

Job Summary

To support a leading Aerospace and Defense organization, the contract Privacy Specialist will manage data privacy incident trackers, coordinate privacy assessments, and maintain cybersecurity resources while working fully remotely for a duration of three months.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain trackers for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, ensuring accurate KPI reporting
• Organize and manage privacy-related assessments and OneTrust requests for compliance
• Coordinate privacy training sessions and facilitate regular team meetings for effective communication

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in privacy and data protection, preferably in a paralegal role
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple trackers and data pulls efficiently
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and privacy regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in OneTrust and SharePoint for privacy management
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating trainings and meetings
