Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Support Specialist (Tier 2 / Escalations) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in company products and privacy practices
  • Manage and respond to high-volume support tickets, including escalations
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve privacy issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume product support environments
  • Experience in Tier 2 or escalated support roles
  • At least 6 months of experience handling privacy-related support cases
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle ambiguous situations
  • Ability to quickly adapt in fast-paced, reactive environments
