Privacy Transformation Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Privacy Transformation Counsel, this role will manage privacy governance and operational initiatives, focusing on AI transformation, customer trust, and strategic relationships with legal service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation strategies for privacy governance, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
• Oversee Data Subject Rights operations, including governance, workflow design, and management of the Privacy Operations Specialist
• Develop and maintain customer-facing privacy trust materials and ensure legal accuracy in external communications

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership
• Significant experience in privacy, data protection, or cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of global privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
• Experience managing legal operations or privacy teams
• Proven ability to create customer-facing privacy materials and documentation
