Private Equity Fund Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate in Private Equity/Venture Capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting data for 10-20 client engagements
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of client deliverables and financial statements
• Reconcile portfolio and cash activity, and prepare quarterly net asset value reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in fund accounting or related fields with a focus on private investment funds
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Practical experience with cryptocurrency assets
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials are highly desirable
