Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Private Equity lawyer, the full-time Senior Specialist Legal Editor will create and maintain legal content, support AI-driven solutions, and collaborate with a team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
• Review and edit content produced by colleagues and external contributors
• Stay updated on legal and market developments to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a sponsor-side Private Equity lawyer
• Extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex M&A deals
• Strong writing skills with a passion for clear and concise legal writing
• Familiarity with AI tools in legal work and adaptability to new technologies
