Private Equity Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Building and managing strategic relationships, the full-time Private Equity Partnerships Manager will oversee partnerships with leading PE and growth investor firms, driving AI adoption across portfolio companies in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage executive relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation leaders at PE and growth investor firms
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements and joint go-to-market plans to drive AI deployments
• Own pipeline generation and annual recurring revenue sourced through PE partnerships

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud, or enterprise software with a focus on strategic partnerships
• Experience working with PE firms, Growth Investors, and operating partners
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
