Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigative assignments primarily through phone and online research
• Make up to 75 outbound calls per day to gather information from various sources
• Write detailed reports documenting findings and maintain organized records

Required Qualifications

• Hold or qualify for a valid Private Investigator's License (as required by state)
• Earned an associate's degree or higher
• Understand basic medical terminology or have exposure to the healthcare industry
• Demonstrate persistence and professionalism when interacting with third parties
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume investigative environment
