Job Summary

Building relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, the full-time Private Jet Advisor will prospect and develop connections, sell membership benefits, and manage client relationships remotely while leveraging a robust support team and CRM system.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals through existing networks and strategic outreach
  • Lead consultative conversations to uncover client needs and position the Flight Club membership as the ideal solution
  • Serve as the primary contact for members, ensuring proactive and responsive relationship management
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in a high-performance sales role in luxury, real estate, wealth management, or executive services
  • Existing network of high-net-worth contacts, including family offices and executives
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience in consultative selling and relationship management with affluent clientele
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
