Private Markets Team Lead
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Private Markets Team Lead will produce high-quality reporting, analyze financial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance metrics and reporting efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and deliver internal and client-facing reporting, addressing complex investor requests
- Review and reconcile financial data from fund manager statements to ensure data integrity
- Calculate and analyze private markets performance metrics, presenting insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; CFA/CPA/CAIA/CPM preferred
- 4-7+ years of relevant experience in alternative investments
- Demonstrated experience in investment performance reporting, including IRR calculations
- Strong understanding of private markets fund structures and cash flow mechanics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with performance reporting platforms
