Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Private Money Lending Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the loan process for construction and fix-and-flip projects, from initial contact to closing
• Provide financing solutions to real estate investors and developers by underwriting private money loans
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate leads and business

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan officer, specifically with construction and fix-and-flip loan products
• Proven ability to self-produce leads and manage a pipeline of clients
• Strong understanding of private money lending, fix-and-flip financing, and construction loans
• Experience with underwriting, structuring, and closing private money loans
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload efficiently
