Job Summary

A company is looking for a Private Pay Reimbursement Specialist (Remote) in Minot, North Dakota.

Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding balances and make outgoing calls to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient questions and concerns
• Verify insurance information, process refunds, and handle patient account adjustments

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year related experience
• Must have a modem to install phone (Phone equipment provided)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and software navigation skills
• Ability to explain general insurance terminology to client customers
