Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Pilot Aviation QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Delegate QA tasks among the team and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Provide aviation subject matter expertise to test Flight Simulator products
• Define process improvements and guide team members who are not pilots or simmers

Required Qualifications

• Must possess at least a private pilot license
• Experience in Information Technology, Software Testing, or Engineering
• Previous leadership or Project/Program Management experience
• Fixed-wing aircraft experience is required
• Enthusiasm or interest in the tech industry
