Privileged Access Management Lead

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the PAM product roadmap, the full-time Privileged Access Management Lead will manage privileged access and secrets management strategies while working remotely and driving integration with related platforms across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Executing the PAM product roadmap and balancing operational needs with strategic goals
• Identifying use cases for privileged access, including service accounts and non-human identities
• Leading a high-performing PAM engineering team and serving as the subject matter expert on PAM capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a PhD with 2 years of experience
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise Privileged Access Management solutions
• Strong engineering experience integrating PAM with IAM/IGA, cloud platforms, and DevOps ecosystems
• Demonstrated expertise in non-human identity controls and privileged access automation
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage strategic transformation in a fast-moving threat environment
