Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for client facility Medical Staff Offices, the full-time remote Privileging Coordinator will manage the privileging process for physicians, ensuring compliance with facility requirements and maintaining accurate credentialing files.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and client facilities
  • Review applications and re-appointments for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely processing
  • Facilitate communication and issue resolution among stakeholders throughout the privileging cycle
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with 1-2 years of experience in the medical staff field
  • CPCS certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credentialing systems, such as Salesforce
  • Understanding of medical terminology and Joint Commission Standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
