Job Summary

To support the growing ministries in St. Louis or Northwest Arkansas, the part-time PRN Healthcare Recruiter will partner with hiring leaders to attract and hire top healthcare talent while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to identify and attract qualified healthcare candidates
• Utilize strong sourcing skills to engage talent in a competitive market
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• BS Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and relate to diverse populations
• Creative mindset for identifying and engaging talent
