Pro Fee Quality Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pro Fee Quality Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the professional fee quality review team
• Oversee onboarding, timesheet reviews, productivity tracking, and project utilization
• Ensure timely coordination and reporting of pre-bill reviews and conduct annual evaluations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of formal education
• 5+ years of medical coding or review experience
• Must hold one of the following credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CIC, or COC
• Management experience and advanced coding knowledge of E/M guidelines
• Ability to lead and guide the work of other quality assurance reviewers
