Job Summary
Leading a team of Pro Account Executives, the full-time remote Pro Sales Manager will manage sales performance, implement strategies for product adoption, and foster customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the performance and objectives of the Pro Account Executives
- Oversee the complete Pro Product sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Direct account executive or account manager quota-carrying experience
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and presentation skills
