Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Pro Solutions Center Representative I will manage customer interactions by processing quotes, orders, and returns while collaborating with Pro Customers and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Process quotes, orders, and returns through various communication channels including phone, email, and fax
  • Inform customers of promotions and provide product recommendations while addressing service inquiries
  • Collaborate with shipping and sales teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain effective communication with customers
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a call center, office administration, or high-volume retail environment
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
