Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Pro Solutions Center Representative II will manage customer interactions by processing quotes, orders, and returns while collaborating with Pro Customers and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

Key responsibilities
  • Process quotes, orders, and returns through various communication channels including calls and emails
  • Inform customers of promotions and provide product suggestions while resolving service inquiries
  • Collaborate with shipping and sales teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain effective communication with customers
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a call center, office administration, or similar environment
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Positive problem-solving attitude
