Job Summary

Supervising a high-performing team, the full-time remote Pro Solutions Center Supervisor will manage customer service representatives, ensuring adherence to service level agreements while supporting team development and performance management.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversees daily operations and performance of customer service representatives
  • Supports the sales team in qualifying customers and selling solutions
  • Leads onboarding and training processes for new associates
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in a team leadership or coaching role
  • 2 years of experience in a call center or similar work environment
  • Experience in training and developing teams of 10 or more employees
  • Knowledge of centralized management and support practices
