Job Summary
Supervising a high-performing team, the full-time remote Pro Solutions Center Supervisor will manage customer service representatives, ensuring adherence to service level agreements while supporting team development and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees daily operations and performance of customer service representatives
- Supports the sales team in qualifying customers and selling solutions
- Leads onboarding and training processes for new associates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in a team leadership or coaching role
- 2 years of experience in a call center or similar work environment
- Experience in training and developing teams of 10 or more employees
- Knowledge of centralized management and support practices
