Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert on the ServiceTitan suite of Pro Products
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention for all Pro Products
  • Provide ongoing customer support and facilitate optimization discussions

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts or 1+ years in the home services industry
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to lead and work well with others
  • Interest in project management and analyzing data sets
  • Intermediate level understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
