Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pro Success Manager II to lead a team focused on driving retention and satisfaction for service professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of 8-10 Success Specialists to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth
  • Improve revenue retention through proactive outreach and risk mitigation strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement playbooks for onboarding and renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales leadership in a B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams focused on quotas and KPIs
  • Proven success in driving retention and revenue outcomes across measurable KPIs
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience in coaching and managing performance
  • Experience using data and customer success tools for decision-making
