Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pro Success Manager II to lead a team focused on driving retention and satisfaction for service professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 8-10 Success Specialists to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth
- Improve revenue retention through proactive outreach and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor performance metrics and implement playbooks for onboarding and renewals
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales leadership in a B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environment
- 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams focused on quotas and KPIs
- Proven success in driving retention and revenue outcomes across measurable KPIs
- Strong people leadership skills with experience in coaching and managing performance
- Experience using data and customer success tools for decision-making
