Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pro Support Frontline Representative to manage the health and success of service professionals' businesses through expert consultation and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support for web and app experiences, guiding Pros in managing their profiles
- Conduct discussions on Pay-per-Lead and Subscription products, explaining ROI and product value
- Maintain knowledge of products and policies to deliver accurate solutions and improve Pro experiences
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in high-volume customer support or account management, preferably in Tech or SaaS
- Ability to navigate multiple tools and troubleshoot mobile apps across iOS and Android
- Self-starter mentality with focus and initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly evolving products and procedures
- Preferred availability for a dedicated shift from 10:00am - 6:30pm ET or 10:30am - 7:00pm ET
