Job Summary
Managing the health and success of Pros' businesses, the full-time remote Pro Support Representative will provide expert consultation and technical support, ensuring high levels of Pro satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Provide real-time support for web and app experiences, guiding Pros through effective profile management
- Conduct high-level discussions regarding Pay-per-Lead and Subscription products, aligning with Pro business goals
- Own individual KPIs including Productivity, Quality Assurance, and Resolution rates to enhance the Pro experience
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in high-volume inbound customer support or account management, preferably in Tech or SaaS
- Ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously while troubleshooting mobile apps across iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of small business pressures and ability to communicate complex policies clearly
- Self-starter mentality with the discipline to focus in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred availability for a dedicated shift of 10:00am - 6:30pm ET or 10:30am - 7:00pm ET
