Process Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process & Adoption Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation
• Develop training materials and support the rollout of new processes and tools
• Monitor adoption metrics and conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with workflows

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-4+ years of experience in Denials, Revenue Cycle, or related healthcare operations
• Experience with Compass or similar workflow platforms strongly preferred
• Prior experience in training, process improvement, or workflow optimization preferred
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new processes, tools, or systems
