Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve operational workflows in collaboration with subject matter experts and process owners
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis
Develop actionable recommendations and business cases to support process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in Process & Systems Mapping
5+ years of experience with Miro, Visio, and Process Diagramming Software
5+ years of experience in presenting and communicating data to senior leadership
5+ years of experience in creating clear and concise project documentation
