Process Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Process Analyst will perform quality audits on incoming documents, track defects and errors, and ensure proper document routing while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality audits on incoming documents and validate their accuracy
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions
• Analyze data to determine root causes of defects and document trends

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in business operations or process analysis
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing large datasets
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
