Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support upcoming client engagements, the temporary hybrid Process Analyst will analyze and document business processes, identify inefficiencies, and facilitate process improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document current-state business processes and workflows
- Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Develop future-state process designs and establish KPIs to measure effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in Process Analysis or related roles
- Strong experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management methodologies
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
