Process Automation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Automation Analyst responsible for analyzing, designing, delivering, and maintaining process automation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the robotic workforce, ensuring accurate reporting and support for production issues
• Conduct requirement gathering and document automation feasibility analysis, including creating process maps and designs
• Collaborate with internal teams to track progress on automation projects and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Engineering, or Technology
• One year or more experience in Six Sigma/Lean projects or operational improvement
• Three years or more experience in large technology deployments or corporate change management initiatives preferred
• Two years or more experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Visio, or Project; SQL knowledge preferred
