Job Summary

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time remote Process Automation Analyst will support the OMEGA program by identifying, analyzing, and documenting operational processes for automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assess existing workflows to identify manual activities suitable for automation and create process maps and documentation
  • Support release management and governance automation by identifying automation opportunities related to deployment risk and governance workflows
  • Develop reusable AI prompts and document automation requirements to streamline recurring operational tasks across the program
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience as a Process Automation Engineer supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management processes
