Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process & Automation Engineer to lead the design and implementation of automation and integrations for their sales engine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overhaul of sales workflow and tech stack, implementing scalable tech-enabled solutions
• Design and deploy integrations across sales tools, utilizing APIs and automation platforms
• Build and maintain dashboards to track sales performance and provide actionable insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Operations, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Technology with a focus on software integration and process improvement
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
• Experience in API integrations and using tools like Zapier or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales or operations is a strong plus
